SI is a culture that I have never experienced before. Having a christian leader who is proud of it and insists we change lives everyday, our own included, is refreshing. He never stops investing in my training. The leadership team is not afraid to try new things and look for the best solutions for staff and clients. Like them, I am empowered to be generous with clients, with no red tape. Coming from corporate America, its exciting to be able to make decisions, make mistakes and learn from them, all in the same day. What we teach our clients, changes lives. We cause a ripple effect that changes their lives, their staffs, their families, their patients and their community. Educate, Empower, Excite.... thats what we do...all day long.
