We just started using Pure Defense this year after we moved into a wooded area. The service technicians are beyond well trained and very informative. And their prices are very reasonable.

Additionally, we found a copperhead snake in our kids toy room today, and I called Pure Defense. Within 15 minutes, service technicians were at my house and retrieved the snake!

Aside from this incident, they have been quick responders to come out and address any issues we've had. And are very professional.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company! Thank you for your wonderful customer service and technicians!

They are always willing to help me out with all of my bug problems. They treat right away whenever I call and the guys that come out always give me advice and answer all my 100s of questions. The office staff is always so friendly and willing to help. I suggest that everyone use PD as their pest and termite company!

Really bad customer service. Use this company for about one year, never knew when they were coming out to our area. All I noticed, a couple of ant hills treated but never did anything to the inside or crawlspace. When I called about this the RUDE lady I spoke to did nothing to help just wanted to argue with me that they do a robo call when they are coming out, still no help. Cancelled them like a bad check
