They don't live up to their promise that they want to make the tenants happy and enjoy retirement living. There is no set activity schedule by a social director that was promised to me when I was taking a tour of property. There are a lot of empty promises. There is nothing special or unique about this so called retirement community--its just like any other apartment complex and nothing special.
