My experience with Kauffman Tire:
Bottom line: describing this experience as a nightmare is an understatement. I’ve had my car towed 7 times, 5 times to Kauffman, 4 of which they were either diagnosing or attempting to repair my car. I’ve spent in excess of 10 hours solely dealing with Roadside Service Tows. I’ve had three Ignition Control Modules installed in the vehicle which continuously failed to resolve the issue of the car turning off.

Wonderful company with excellent culture and values. I highly recommend Kauffman Tire at any and all locations.
