I highly recommend Kumar. I had bed bugs in my apartment and my complex would only pay for chemical spraying. Kumar drove from Atlanta to Birmingham for a very reasonable fee to inspect the unit. He took the matter very seriously and took an urgent approach to the matter which was VERY impressive. he did not find any signs of present infestation nor need for thermal treatment, saving me a considerable amount of money. He was also relieved FOR me, instead of making me feel crazy or I wasted his time. . His honesty is much appreciated and it is apparent that this company knows the meaning of "good business." Please take my advice, if you even suspect you have bed bugs, do not waste any time or sanity trying to go this alone. Call Kumar and get it done right from the get go!
