We had ACSI come out and paint our entire Stucco home in October of 2008. We were a bit nervous because it was unusually cold and we had been told to wait until it warms up. However, Greg and his crew assured us that it was OK. Additionally, we had been told in the past NOT to paint the caulk around the doors and windows. Again, Greg assured us that it was OK. We even paid and additional $500 to get the 5 yr warranted paint. Well, soon after the job was finished, the paint started peeling off the caulk, as we had feared. Greg and crew came out to repaint it...Of course, it continues to peel. Additionally, we noticed that the paint on our window frames, specifically, the muntins, was completely gone. This was about a year after the job. I called Greg and he said he'd come right out. A few weeks later, I called him again and he said he was out, but didn't see anything wrong. He admitted that he didn't look at the muntins (not sure how he missed it). He promised to come back out. I haven't seen nor heard from him since and that was 3 months ago and several calls and voicemails. If the job goes OK, you'll be fine, but if anything goes wrong, beware.

I had ATlanta Contracting put a new roof on my house and repair stucco. The work was great...however, 3 years later, I have a leak in my roof...I contacted Greg on 10/23 to come by.....he finally came out in November...and it is now Jan 18 2010 and NO followup....no repair, the roofer has still not been out to see it. I am very frustrated to say the least...my drywall is all cracked and peeling inside my house and I feel I have been more than patient. I would have hoped that with all the work I had originally done with them, I wouldnt have had these type of followup issues.....so, wanted to let you all know....

I've used Atlanta Contracting for several repairs to my home over the past 5 years. I consider them to be the stucco "experts" as they know how to work in and around it with confidence. We had an unexplained stucco leak we inherited from a the previous owner, Gregg and his crew took care of it right the first time. So when it was time to get some windows and doors replaced, as well as paint our house, I knew Gregg and his team would do an excellant job. All things others have said are true. You can trust that the job will be done right. Gregg shows up when he says he will and is on site to observe the work himself (how many owners do you know who do that). He not only does the work, but he acted as an advisor to me. He is the guy I go to when I have a contracting question because I know I'm going to get an honest answer. While Gregg isn't the cheapest you'll find, he does it right. In my opinion...you get what you pay for and it has always been worth a little extra to get his crew on the job.

I hired Atlanta Contracting Services (ACS) to replace a gabled outside wall to my house that included six large fixed panes of insulated glass. I had hired an engineer to design the structural members of the wall because of its unusual requirements and the fact that an inferior construction had been done by another contractor eight years earlier. I interviewed several contractors before I selected ACS to do the work. ACS did an excellent job of tear-down and removal of the old wall, and installation of the replacement wall. The leads and the supervisor of the carpenter crew were very knowledgeable and careful to meet the engineer's specifications. Additionally, when I had a small problem following the completion of the work, ACS was very responsive in its resolution.

Atlanta Contracting Services did an outstanding job. They are very professional and hire hardworking employees that pay attention to the details. They took care of our stucco and wood repair, painted our exterior as well as our deck. We have never had an exterior paint job done so well.

I found this company in the Yellow Pages. I was very impressed with professional way my phone call was handled. They made an appointment to make an onsite inspection for the very next day. They gave me an assesement of the problem and a price to do the repairs 2 days later. They scheduled the repair crew in the following week. All repairs have been completed to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of work done.

We have had the opportunity to use Atlanta Contracting Services for a variety of services. Ranging from stucco repair, exterior painting,wood rot repair and window replacement. They are reliable and trustworthy. The experience from start to finish was professional. I would highly recommend this contractor for any home improvement large or small.

On a scale of 1 to 10 this company would be a "10". Always there when they say, they do a perfect job, cost is within reason and they always follow up to make sure you are satisfied. Their work is gold! They hire the best workers and take care of any problem so that you never have to worry with it again. We had a new deck, water leaks solved and inside painting done perfect and carefully. Everything always supervised and handled very professionly.

I have used this company for about 10 years and have never been disappointed. They have repaired stucco, painted, replaced windows, replaced gutters and several other large jobs. Mr. Leonard shows up when he says he will, provides a comprehensive and accurate bid and sticks to his timeline.



You will not find that they offer the cheapest price but you get the quality and service you are paying for. You actually come out ahead in the long run since the job is done right the first time.



My only complaint is one of some paint splatters which were immediately addressed with one phone call.

Atlanta Contracting is by far the best contractor we have ever used. The staff does exceptional work, takes the approach you would as if you were doing the work yourself, is dependable and the finished product is more than we expected. They repaired weather damage to our two bay windows by completely rebuilding them with weather resistant materials and they look better than brand new. They also painted all our trim and stucco. Our house looks great, all our neighbors want to know what we did to make our stucco look so new and we could not be more pleased. These folks know what they are doing, show up when they say they will and do an absolutely superior job. You cannot go wrong by talking to and using Atlanta Contracting Services.
