recovered my quickbooks and got my pc up and running thanks Joseph!!!!! i recommend this to any asus users in the area

DO NOT TAKE YOUR LAPTOP HERE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had an authorized RMA from my laptop manufacturer and was told, "I don't want to TOUCH YOUR LAPTOP." I asked about turnaround time and was told that they do not have a SLA (Service Level Agreement) and it could very well take one month to repair my computer. After driving all the way out there, I did not leave my computer with them for repair. They also wanted me to leave my power adapter and battery with them too.
