This company is awful. last night they were running behind and said it would be about a 2 1/2 - 3 hr. wait so they would do an unassisted tow and instructed me where to leave the keys. Today they gave me confirmation that my car was delivered to the drop off location. I think everything is fine. until somebody tells me my car is still on the side of the road. I call they say they will get there in 30 minutes to take care of it. and now they call and say unfortunately we can't tow the car because I'm not with the vehicle. unbelievable. The vehicle that you said you towed last night. I hung up on the driver and the lady from the office found it necessary to call me back with an attitude. so rude and unprofessional especially after an error. I am writing a letter to AAA they should not use people that give their company a bad name because when the very unprofessional lady called me back she made sure to say she is calling from " all Georgia towing AAA". Either they told a lie about delivering my vehicle or they towed the wrong car. whatever the case is my car is still on the side of the road 24hrs after a service called was placed.

Pete came out to tow my vehicle, and ended up having me on the road in 5 minutes after tapping my starter. Quick, and easy. Thanks guys

Like my husband said, Brandon was superb in how he loaded the vehicle, and took extra care in insuring my car would not be scraped. And despite his intimidating appearance, he was actually a very polite and knew what he was doing. Very good experience :)

Brandon showed up to tow my Acura in a wheelift nearly 10 minutes after I spoke to AAA. The tow only took 15 minutes and Brandon was polite the entire time. I called in to All GA to tell them how great of a driver Brandon is and I couldn't recommend these guys more!

Dispatched by AAA to pick up my vehicle to retrieve from mechanic to my home. The vehicle was unsecured on the bed and fell off the truck, damaging my tree, mailbox, grass, and totaling the car. Was promised fair value for the car plus $300-400 for the scrap value of the vehicle. After weeks of trying to get them to pick up the car, was told scrap would only be $150. The owner yelled and cursed at me insisting he never gave a value and told me to sue him if I wanted it.

I have never had as pleasant an event as whnen using "All Georgia Towing" thru AAA Auto Club. Stacy (the driver) was incredible! He spent all of the time that was needed to assure the safety and care of my car, during a recent "tow". In 90 degreee heat he contunually did all of the 'Extra" things to take care not to damage or in any way do harm to my car and my property. WELL DONE TRACY!!!!

All Georgia Towing was dispatched by AAA one evening to tow our car from our house in Roswell approximately 1 mile away to our mechanic's shop. Despite having the exact address of where to take the car, the driver, Randy, drove straight past the shop and dropped the car at the wrong shop. The next morning, I had to call around to find where my car was (quite the shock). Once I located the car, the mechanic of that shop informed me that the car had been left in the middle of a cut-through street, not in the mechanic's parking lot, and had been struck. The repair estimate is over $5,100. Have been fighting with AAA and All Georgia Towing for almost a month now and all they want to offer is an apology and to pay my deductible (assuming I should file an insurance claim under my insurance).

THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES --So lessen learned... All Georgia Towing * https://www.facebook.com/all.g.towing * stands behind their employees stealing things out of your car. I just want to spread this message as far as I can, so that everyone I know who has any concern about integrity can pass this along and make sure that we don't use them. This was a company that AAA sent out to tow our car. Don't let this happen to you.!!!!!!!!!

This was after they charged us fees they didn't bother telling us about on our debit card.
