good and tasteful food , but salami sticks are full of chemical and they have pork mixed in them . how much ? could be 80% label should say and they sure are expensive for some that could be mostly pork!!

Bought some stuff from the cooker out front. I've been sick for 2 days. The buffalo burger was raw, not even rare. I don't have a problem with pink meat other than concerns about food borne illnesses, but this was raw. I took about three bites before I realized and now I have what I highly suspect is food poisoning -- having had this years ago. My mom complained of the beef brisket having a huge chunk of gristle in it. Just all around huge disappointment. They apparently don't know how to prepare food and if you were a friend of mine, I'd recommend not buying anything from the stand out front.

Great meats, deli, specialty foods, and the best service I've experienced anywhere in years and years. A gal actually asked me if she could help, I told her I wanted some smoked pork chops, over to the meat counter, and she asked which ones, wrapped them, and delivered with a smile...don't get better than that. AND, the food I bought was top rate delicious. Wow, what a find.

I was here about 2 years ago and purchased a pulled pork sandwich they were selling from a smoker in the front of the store. Well I just revisited last week (11/6) and the were not selling sandwiches from the smoker out front so I decided to purchase som pulled pork from the refrigerator in the store. When I finally got to making it I could not belive how salty it was, TERRIBLE. I ended up eating one sandwich and throwing the rest away $12.00 down the drain. I guess I could of used it as a Salt Lick for the deer.

Great quality, great prices, expert & pleasant help. The best homemade jerky & sausage i ever had. Excellant wild game salami, snack sticks & jerky. Awesome pick-up catering, on-site also available. They support Mi Out of Doors/MUCC. Great gift box ideas for someone that's hard to buy for. The little town meat shop that's known all over Michigan. It's a destination....a must see & taste.....many samples available.
