I had a chance to use Modern Real Estate for my apartment search 2 years in a row and it was an excellent experience. I found their staff to be very helpful, educated about the market, and willing to spend the time to find us the right place. We did not find our apartment on the first showing but their agent took us out a few other times even after our search criteria changed, we were able to find the best place possible. I don't plan on moving again for a couple of years but when I do I will get back in touch with them.
