Do not rent a U-Haul from Sally!! I reserved the truck ahead of time. Called several days before to verify. Yet, when it was time to get the truck she said it wasn't there. Nobody from Sally Auto Sales called to tell us that they changed the pickup location. There were trucks in the parking lot. She blamed it on U-Haul and said they do it all the time. My husband had been dropped off and had no ride. He asked if they could take him to the other location which she kept telling him was just a couple miles down the road. Yet, even though she was not alone, and not busy, she couldn't take him. She was extremely rude!! I would never rent or buy anything from her ever!
