Always fair. Great work. Reliable . Honest. Don't even live in Alliance anymore and still go here for repairs and breaks.

I replaced the lower ball joints, inner, and outer tie rod ends on my 94 Mustang… I then made an appointment on a Wednesday, to drop it off on Monday morning (that's the soonest they could get it in)... dropped it off at 9am on Monday August 1st 2016, received a call around 2pm that it was done, when my son came home from work we went to pick it up (around 4pm), I paid and then went out to the car, the first thing I immediately noticed was that when the front wheels were straight the steering wheel was around 45 degrees off of center (to the right)... I went back in and told them it was not done right!!! They asked to keep it overnight and promised to take care of it first thing in the morning, it is now 3pm and I have not heard a thing from them yet today... if it’s not perfect when I go to pick it up, I'll be demanding a FULL refund!!!!!!!!! Stay away from this place; they're a couple of backyard mechanic wannabee's who don't have a clue as to what they are doing!!! Stay Away!!!!!!!!
