Provided by YP.comWhy one-star? Because I called when I got the quote and was told to call back the next day, they would come over charge my battery and I could drive over and have a new one put in.
OK - Great - I call back the next morning and I'm told we'll call you right back and I provided my phone number.
4 hours later no call so I call my insurance company and within one-hour they send a tow truck with guaranteed batteries by AAA and install it. 1 hour!!!!!!!!!!!! Complete.
The kicker - it was $20 less than KARS - Imagine that, service isn't totally dead just at KARS. Insurance company was GEICO and they know service too.
