Terrible business and an even worse man. He is a liar, sells used junk equipment as new and when you request either replacement or refund, all you get is emails cursing at you and calling you the idiot. Stay away from this business.

This guy is a total joke. Met with him myself on Ebay. He cusses and will not stand behind his product. Does not return calls. His ebay feedback is now "private" so he can hide all his remarks. Be carefull......

Bad excuses, junk equipment and unprofessional....Bill Polverine, owner of BP Security and Video, sells second hand refurbished equipment as new. He then doesn't stand by his equipment when there is a problem. He resorts to vulgar language and threats instead of trying to reach a resolution. Don't be fooled by your first contact with this company -- Once they get your money and you get your junk alarm equipment the problem begins! Check their Better Business Bureau report and you will see "Based on BBB files, this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaint(s)." I met this seller on ebay and wish I would have checked his negative feedback as others have had similar experience to mine. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company.
