This afternoon my younger brother was scheduled for the 3pm van in Paterson NJ. When the van arrived there was more passengers at the stop. The drivers proceeded to help the passenger's onto the van and take their luggage. He pulled my brother to the side and took a picture of him with his cellphone so he could send to the bosses to tell them there was no room on the bus because he is heavier then the other passengers. I approched the van and everyone rearranged themselves so he could fit the driver still felt the need to call the office and say if he was skinnier then he would feel better letting him on the van. My brother was completely embarrassed and humiliated by this service. He is younger in age and already has a complex for being 260 pounds 5'11" not the average size of teens his age . how dare they take a picture in front of everyone to mock him. Meanwhile he fit just fine when a few people put their luggage to the side and in the back. We used to use this service twice a month for the past 8 years. That's over now. I will never recommend this service to anyone. In fact we will be consulting with a higher power on how to handle this situation accordingly so that my brothers rights are returned and no one else will be stripped of their rights when using those service. Justice will come!
