After paying a $3000 retainer for my divorce, I am still waiting to see any results after a full year, and my entire retainer is now gone-from what? No responses, no movement on my case and I am still without a custody arrangement. He's a terrible attorney with a staff that's as negligent and nonchalant. Wasted money and time.

I'm an individual going through bankruptcy due to not being able to find a job. So I found a local attorney to handle my bankruptcy case. What a joke. They charge about $1,500, which is a normal rate, but man are their services terrible. They make the process, even before submitting your case, a circus. After copying, getting the information they needed, within a days time of the request, I ask what else was needed. The response I get back is "Whatever is remaining on my 4/29/15 letter.". That was on top of the fact they waited over two weeks to reply, which needed an initial e-mail from me, to tell me they couldn't start preparing my information until payment was fully made. Yet, when I met with them in person that was never mentioned.





If you are looking for a professional environment, look elsewhere. This place has proven to be an absolute joke so far, yet they are the ones with jobs.



Update - 5/7/2015:

Seriously, do not use this company. They blatantly lie about even written things that are sent or make it seem like you are the one holding up the process. Even when you have written proof of what was sent just to cover their butts and waste time. Mainly, probably, as they shove your case down the stack for a bigger money grabber. Because they have a no refund policy, so whatever money they get from you, what do they care, it's non-refundable.
