I've always had a great fear of going to a dentist. My first visit for a consultation for tooth extraction was a very comfortable one. From the receptionist to the oral surgeon himself, I felt very relaxed and very much at ease. Everything was explained to me - from the surgery I was having done, the follow up, home care and fees. I have had 2 follow up visits since my extractions and those appointments have gone as well as the first.
My complaint is their answering service. You will wait forever on hold to talk to someone and you cannot be transferred to the the person you need to speak to. The answering service will take your name and number and have someone call you back. It's usually within a day or two, but most of us call when it's convenient for us. Even for billing matters there is no direct number. I will go back again if needed because of the professionalism, courtesy and respect shown to me. Hopefully they'll be able to do something with their answering service to make it easier and more convenient for the patient.

Amazing experience at this office, I could not be more pleased!!! The staff was so friendly and the doctor did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this office to my friends and family!!!
