The girls here are honestly the worst customer service representatives. I shopped here and during check out only was spoken to by the "busy" girl once and that was to be told my total, she didn't mention a thing about their return policy or asked if I found what I needed. She left one of the black security tags on and I didn't realize until I left and went to wash the pants the next day. Given that i work I couldn't run back to the store to fix their mistake right away. However o did go back on 9/13/16 and dealt with the MOST RUDE girl at the cash register who accused me of STEALING the pants...needless to say this girl was about to get the pants thrown at her face. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Today was my first experience at Plato's closet. It was also my last. I brought in about 25 designer American Eagle and Holister shirts. They were straight off the shelves, many I only wore once, or not at all, but took the tags off of so I can not return them . They were size L and XL. I also brought in about 10 pairs of shorts, both jeans and Khaki, some even had tags on them. All of the shorts were size 14. Out of all of my items, only one thing was bought. I was highly highly disappointed by this, mostly because, as my items were being 'looked at' I browsed the store myself. I had high hopes and only ever heard good things about the store, hoping to find a few cute things. I again was disappointed by the fact that there was only 4 or 5 items in every category in the L or XL section. I guess the real point of this horrible review is to say that the 'Buyers' of Plato's closet need to open there eyes and realize there are sizes besides smalls and 00. There was lots of 'Large' girls walking around the store looking at the same empty shelves as I did, with the same looks of disappointment. Plato's closet needs to open there eyes and realize that there is a very high demand for clothes and items in higher sizes, as there are just as many girls in large and XL as there are girls in smalls and mediums. I will never recommend this store to anyone. And I hope the large and XL girls of the world run you straight out of business.

Don't waste your time taking clothing there! Took several pairs of designer jeans and brand name tops and was told that nothing was going to be taken and sold. These were items purchased within the past 6 months and hardly worn. After being told to return in 2 hours, was told the styles were outdated...NEVER AGAIN!!! If the inventory is overstocked, have the decency to be upfront and honest and tell the customer.

I took in 2 pairs of nikes (one pair of low top dunks and a pair of high top nikes) worn about 4 times all together. As they were checking I saw a pair of really worn out air max nike, I'm talking not even worth buying. The girl told me my shoes were "worn" and they wouldn't buy them. It's a disgrace and laughable after seeing the shoes they have there. Don't waste your time. You have to do better than that when people are trying to sell you quality items and you come up with a poor excuse like that.

HUGE selection, and high quality clothing too! No dirty or over worn clothes on their racks. They open with stuff to buy this July, but we got to browse through today and can't wait to go back to shop!
