Got chemical burns down my face and neck. The stylist was very nice, but clearly the bleach was misapplied. I had gotten my hair bleached several times before at another salon and never had any issue. When I addressed this with the manager and sent several photos, the manager stated she would speak to the stylist and “try to figure out what happened.” While I appreciate that, it doesn’t take away my chemical burns or my bad experience. I asked for a refund, and she just kept saying she will try to figure out what happened. So I have not been offered a refund, despite this terrible experience.

UPDATE: I spoke with a different manager, who said there’s no evidence of any wrongdoing on their part—despite my photos. She thinks she is a doctor, and diagnosed me as having an allergic reaction, which:
1. She’s not a doctor
2. Hives don’t last this long (I would know), and
3. It wouldn’t just be on one side of my face and neck—you know, where the bleach was on my skin! (Not to mention I’ve had this exact service done before with no issues.)

She refused to issue a refund, which honestly, was the very LEAST they could have done. She was incredibly rude and nasty. I literally never had such a terrible experience, both at a salon and afterwards dealing with their poor management. Do not go here! If anything goes wrong, they will not take responsibility, despite evidence. Extremely unprofessional business with unprofessional management. I am looking into legal action.

Look at every negative review for this salon. It’s all about the management. They are terrible people who actually don’t handle situations well; in fact, they often make the situations worse. If I were the owner, I would seriously reconsider having these people represent my business.

The customer is always right, no not at this Salon, front desk staff was very unprofessional, rude. I would never go back again, or give any money to this Salon, even if I received a gift certificate.

I really like this salon and spa. I had messed up my own hair color a bit and had my roots lighter than the rest. My stylist, Dianna, was able to hilite and lowlite a top foil so that my hair looks perfect. Also got the best brow wax ever. Totally ready for the New Year's celebration.
