This review somewhat follows the other location's review as well. I find the service to be "lacking" for "common" customers who do not enter the store with more "Commercial" demands / needs behind them. I have found need for the many peripherals this company offers for my office environment. Some of which is infrastructure related, others not, but it is the connection between customer and supplier / establishment I tend to value a little more, and right now it can be better at Microapex.



I can always find solutions to IT / Computer Repair related issues elsewhere, but it's when you find an establishment or supplier who connects with you at all levels of needs that drives customers back in time and time again. Both locations already offer great pricing. Now the service falls in line behind that, and then I can see myself being a lifetime customer to Microapex.
