The program day at Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Adolescent Transitions Partial Program consists of morning and afternoon groups, focusing on therapy and skill-building workshops. Our goal is to empower you and your caregiving system with tools to provide ongoing support after discharge. Our collaborative multidisciplinary approach allows you to leave the treatment experience with evidence-based strategies and skills to continue their progress. Medication assessment and management also are integral parts of treatment.
