I hired Kenneth Schuck trucking to help me with a Verizon account delivering vans. The dispatcher took the load then demanded payment in advance. He held the load hostage then tried to take my account by bad mouthing my service to the shipper when he was the only trucker that did not deliver on time because he held the load hostage. A real A hole.
