My sister went to the original store (Jon's Bridals) for her dress in 2005, after having a very shaming experience elsewhere. After her amazing experience at Jon's Bridals, I chose to go to Jon's Bridals by Suzanne and had my own amazing experience. I desperately wanted a pink dress and I was helped not just to find one, but to find a matching veil. fast forward 10 years, my wedding never came to be and I gained a lot of weight. I called the shop and they immediately helped me by referring me to Fatima, a local seamstress (former dressmaker), who transformed my beloved pink gown into something out of a fairy tale! Thank you so much to all the helpful associates at Jon's Bridal by Suzanne for caring so much!!
