If you can stand the attitude of nastiest woman I've ever encountered at the left front desk (has to be a relative, or she surely would have been fired by now), the actual dentist is very nice and thorough. The older woman on the right side (from patient perspective) at least tries to be friendly. Not sure how she can stand working with el'miserable on the left! The dental hygienists also were very nice! I have been there multiple times for all of my children, and each time I am blown away by how nasty the gal who sets up appointments is, for no apparent reason, every time! I have always been really nice to her, thinking maybe she's just had a bad day, yet she had been extremely rude to my children and I every visit . She even hung up on me when I had to cancel an appointment because my mom passed away 2 days earlier, and I was planning her funeral. My rating is a 5 star for the actual dentist, -10 for the MEAN HEARTLESS front office Gal! Every mom I speak to about this dentist who had also been there shared the same experience with this lady. This is the type of gal that should be taking care of stock, counting items somewhere by herself...NOT working with people, especially kids at a dentist office!

my kids first couple visits went ok. Dr. McGuire was tolerable but the office staff was incredible RUDE and disorganized. Their third and final visit showed the dr's true colors. He wouldn't answer any of my questions as soon as I told him I had been researching orthodontists to do my daughters braces. He was literally walking out of the room backwards as he skated around the answers to my questions. I REFUSE to go back there and advise anyone I know against his office. He is in it entirely for money with no real passion for pt care. He is rude and inconsiderate.

I am just writing this as a warning to parents. I took my five year old son there because he had a cavity but his regular dentist only used novacine, and my son was very apprehensive..Upon ariving at the office I was greeted by a very RUDE and uncaring receptionist.Then followed up by an unprofessional nurse and the doctor himself was condecending and uncompassionate. He then proceeded to tell me that my son had not one but 10 cavities! He wanted to put my son under general anstesia and cap them all with silver caps. When I disagreed and said I only heard of the one cavity from my doctor whom I trusted he had the nerve to say, " A blind man can see these cavities!" Horrified I saught a third opinion and told him what Dr McGuire had said to which he replied. " I have 20/20 vision and I only see one cavity. I wouldnt reccomend him if he were the last dentist on the planet!

You can never disagree with this man. He is a complete control freak. Arrogant, egotistical, liar. I got a second opinion on my daughters issues and ended up having a less invasive alternative presented to me. When I asked this guy to only proceed with some of his suggestions he went bizzerk. He called the other dentist claiming I said I was going to sue him and ranting other irrational stuff. Then turned around and told me the other dentist said he allows decay to exist in permanent teeth. Also a blatant lie. The guy unraveled in front of me. Don't let him near your children I beg you.
