We have been going to Felines for now and they have always been accommodating , courteous, and professional. We've had a couple instances when we forgot paper work or weren't sure about deductibles and our guy went above and beyond to get us the most out of our tax return. I would not return if I wasn't satisfied.

I went there to do my taxes 3 years ago n they were done by a older man n had n ok experience so I went back the next n I had this man name Dan n he was rude as hell but I thought maybe he was having a long day. Just did my taxes n left so I didn't return the following year so here I go do my 2015 taxes I for got some paper work so I told home I'd return so I got there Saturday at 2:20 n apparently they close at 3 so the one man tells him Dan someone's here to see u he yells Awww man are u kidding me n come over to the waiting area with a rude look on his face n I tell him is there something wrong he says just come n lets get it over with.. Excuse me it's not like u doing me a favor I'm paying for the service.. Smh ������������✌����️
