Al and his team at Dynamic are fantastic! We recieved immediate and professional service the day we called regarding our heat pump not working correctly. The problem was diagnosed and repairs performed with no delay. Al worked with us personally to make sure that our situation was handled efficiently and most cost effectively! We give Dynamic a 5!!! We switched from oil to gas heat with air conditioning. Several contractors gave us estimates. Our neighbor recommended Dynamic's, Inc. When all the estimates came in, Dynamic's was by far the best estimate. Dealing with the President, Al Baringoldz, gave us the confidence to sign the contract. Installation went very smooth. Oil tank and furnace were removed. The new equipment fit in place as planned. We were extremely pleased with the work that was done. The new system is great. Fact: This company will not honor their warranty. I had a hotwater heater install 3 months ago. The heater disintegrated and polluted my whole water system. They claimed my water was contaminated even though the DEP stated and provided proof that the water was safe for plumbing and drinking.Now I must pay to replace the water heater and absorb the $ 955.00 I already gave them.I am now seeking legal counsel which will add considerable cost to this horrible experience I've had with Dynamic.
