I have had two experiences with this company in the last 8 years. Both were horrible! In 2007 I swore we would never call them after they left. Last year we had someone here in the summer (from another company) to bleed the pipes and check the system. We found out now that it is cold that the work the other company did does not work. So we decided to give climate specialists another shot since their sticker was on the furnace. After about a 60 second conversation with the man who called I was so furious with him I told him he obviously does not need my business and hung up. He told me to call the other company that came in the summer. I will NEVER call them again!

The owner of Climate Specialists can come across as quite gruff, but he knows his stuff.

If he tells you that something is junk, it really is. This company and all of it's workers take great pride in doing the job right. Others might be less expensive, but believe me, you will be paying for your mistake in choosing another company over and over again.

0 stars if possible. Called to get a gas furnace/boiler quote. the guy was so arrogant it turned me off immediately. I asked him what he thought of a specific unit I found online for $2k and he said they're garbage and he won't even put them in. (All the reviews I've read for this model are glowing and verified Amazon.com reviews). He quotes me $8k for an install of the "right" unit, but won't offer any specific model numbers so I could research. He just says that I sound like I'm set on the $2k unit and I should just go with that. So arrogant I just hung up on him. Still searching for a quality HVAC installer!
