The teachers show a complete lack of supervision, they try to "control" the children by using Time-out instead of redirection and positive reinforcement, and blame a child's behavior on the parent.

My child attended this program - and had never been in a classrooom situation before. They did not give her any "extra" supervision or attention to help her adjust to being in a classroom for the 1st time - instead they told me that I need to teach her how to behave. Instead of taking the extra time to help her, they just completely ignored her, and blamed her lack of classroom skills on me - hello? she has never been in a classroom before - I can teach her until I'm blue in the face - what she needs is a supportive environment that teaches her how to behave. Isn't that what a teacher is supposed to do?

I would NEVER recommend this program - the teachers are awful!
