I went to get my husbands jacket dry cleaned and the ruined it completely and then did absolutely nothing about it, worst customer service I have seen in a while I would not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone.

Oh my God, I have to share my terrible experience with these people recently. I was told they were good but when I went to pick up my beautiful clothes, they were ruined, just ruined. They had been shrunk, they were damaged and they smelled horrendous. They refused to speak to me and basically told me to accept it or else. They then went to the back room and told me to leave. I'm elderly, how could they do this to me or to my clothes. There is nothing reputable about this company or these people. I cried all night about it. Please don't go here. You will experience what I did. The friends who told me about this place are heart broken.

My experience with this cleaner has been an awful nightmare. Not only is their service expensive, but they have ruined my good clothing and refused to be responsible for the damage they did. I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment. You take the risk of having your favorite clothing destroyed by taking them here.
