I have worked for many of the agencies in the Lehigh Valley and have found AA to be my favorite. The staff goes upon and beyond the call of duty and they make me feel like part of a great family. I am not a number but a human being with skills to them. I like their debit card method of pay vs a paper check. I would say they are a first rate organization because of the way they treat their employees. I know their clients feel likewise because they have told me so when I have worked at their facilities. All in all has been a lpeasurable experience.
