food was great ,service was just good but business not good- added tip in without saying anything and when she was given a cash tip she did not say anything that tip was added in bill (got to watch what they charge)

We have been coming to this restaurant for years and the food has always been good. The service was quick and the drinks were reasonably priced. On our last visit they gave us an inexperienced cook who even though we told him to take the food off the grill, it is already over cooked. He continued to cook it. Everyone at the table, ordered med-rare and we got very well done. Some of us could eat it and others could not. We asked to talk to the manager and after we told him that this was unacceptable he tried to bargain with us as to how much we would pay for the meal. He wanted to give us 10% off. We told him the people who didn’t eat the meal, must go somewhere else to eat dinner, why should we pay near full price for a meal we couldn’t eat. The manager just stood there looking at us. We just told him, charge us whatever you want, we are never coming here again. He didn’t seem to care. Further the drinks were watered down for everyone. I guess they are trying to save money wherever they can.

The food is good.The service is a little rushed. Worst of all, the server calculated the tip and wrote it on the receipt. What a turn off.
