A disappointing and frustrating landscape experience. We spent thousands of dollars on new landscaping in September, by Spring, several plants did not make it and according to policy would be replaced. I started calling in June....after 3 visits from the landscaping department promising replacement and numerous calls promising results and more visits there is NOTHING that is done. My front yard has had dead plants all summer, a neighborhood eyesore. We've lived here 20 years and have always used Roshlers for our gardening and florist needs, never again.

We are Rohsler's customers for many years, and have purchased $6000 worth of trees just this year. You gave us the 3in1 Insect spray by Bayer to use on our new trees, with instructions to spray every 3 weeks. I wonder if you are aware that this particular insect spray, which contains Imidacloprid, is the #1 killer of honey bees and there are studies linking it to Colony Collapse Disorder? It is also very toxic to aquatic invertebrates and birds, and affects developing brain in rats. We are beekeepers, and the fact that your nursery carries and promotes this very toxic chemical saddens us. I would hope that your management and owners would take time to educate themselves, and take a responsible position in relation to promoting and distributing toxic chemicals that are destroying our environment. There are PLENTY of less toxic, organic options, and your reputable nursery should make it it's goal to promote environmentally responsible, sustainable and organic way of gardening.

Products are great. Unique and hard to find plants. More varieties than most garden centers. The staff really takes care of the plants and it shows.

What a great place! Plants are all gorgeous - fantastic selection of everything. All employees cheery and helpful. Someone accompanied me while I picked out a truckload of plants answering all questions on the proper choices. Delivery the following morning.

Also a huge selection of perrenials and indoor plants as well. Great local garden center!

Rohsler's is a complete nursery/garden center. If they don't have it, they will try and get it. The place is much bigger than it looks from the road. The staff is helpful and well informed. A great place to browse, shop, get ideas and enjoy being a gardener!

The quality of the plants and merchandise is exceptional. You can see the difference in all that is offered.
