I was referred to Dave Knoester by a friend of mine who also had Dave for her divorce attorney. I had called around for attorneys and Dave seemed to be the most empathetic to my problems. Not only was he empathetic, but when I told him all I wanted was a divorce, nothing else, he refused. He told me that I was going to need money to survive on - not just a divorce. He was caring and extremely competent - I would not recommend anyone else!

Mr. Berchiatti represented me in a nasty divorce in 2007. He was nothing like the attorney I had for my first marriage. He was kind and understanding to what I went through during the marriage and got me 60% of the marital assets. I'd give him my unqualified recommendation. Best attorney I've ever met.

I hired Dan Berchiatti for a criminal matter at the Hudsonville District court and he was fantastic. He got the charges dismissed! He actually listened to what I had to say and charged me exactly what he quoted me at our first meeting...5 stars!
