By far the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Some of their buildings need to be condemned. There are cracks in the walls and I have seen multiple mice running around inside the building. Maintenance jobs are left half finished with dryers and dishwasher left in the parking lot for days at a time. But by far and none the management team is the worst part. I have zero idea of how anyone could employ their property manager unless the goal is to scam college students. No understanding of customer service, horrible book keeping, and poor communication with tenants. Spend the extra money and live anywhere else. Hell I would rather live in the basement at my parents house then live in Campus West for another year.

We are not going to dwell on the 3500 $$ worth of payments casually forgotten by this apt. We are also not going to talk about the catastrophic and incompetent management team displays day in and day out.



We are going to talk about harassment. When someone pays rent 7 months in advance and they continue to berate and say money is owed 2-3 months from now but it is needed immediately.



We had a rough winter and the apt. complex took a hit financially. This is a problem with your budgeting, stop over taxing your tenants please!
