also purchased a sofa from this company 2 years ago. When I began noticing the finish wearing off, I reached out and was told that this is normal and was offered to replace for a substantial fee, despite having a 5 year warranty. Not acceptable. I recently reached out again with 25 before and after pictures. I will await the outcome in order to determine how I ultimately rate, and will withhold posting pictures or negative thoughts, until I receive feedback regarding whether they'll stand by the warranty and do the right thing. Hoping for a positive outcome and not the intervention of legal assistance. I'll provide update when a resolve is offered.

UPDATE:Update...I spoke with salesman regarding my issue and submitted 18 photos of before and now. The response was, "...ypu have a special type of leather and what you are experiencing is normal.
Looks like we are heading to court. Stay tuned....

This company quoted me five weeks for delivery it took seven weeks, my sofa has a cut in the leather they said there's nothing that can be done to fix it, was in the cow? My cushins were over stuffed the zippers didn't line up, absolutely the worst craftsmanship I've encountered. Quite simply I got ripped off 5,000 for a chair and sofa that looks nothing like what they have on the show room floor. I should have paid maybe 1,500 for this junk looks like I will live with it for now, restocking fee of 40% 2,200 ( if you value your money take it elsewhere) ����������������

I regret ever walking in this ...

I regret ever walking in this store. The sofa, chair and ottoman we received in our home was nothing like what we saw on the showroom floor. When we voiced our dissatisfaction with not only the salesman but the owner as well, they basically said there was nothing they would do about it. We were willing to take the 40% restocking fee hit but the owner declined. The leather looks and feels more like cheap pleather, has puckers where it shouldn't, crooked seams and has scratched up with minimal usage. My wife and I are greatly disappointed. Can't believe we spent so much money for such poor quality furniture. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy
