Stay away! I had a home warranty claim and was assigned Community Heat & AC. 48 hours after my claim, I hadn't heard from them, so I called and left a voicemail for Kathy on a Wed afternoon. By Thurs mid-morning, I had not heard back, so I called again and left another voicemail. By Thurs at 4, still no response, so I looked up their website and called a different number. Kathy answered. She said she had no record of the claim, but took all my information and we made an appointment for the Friday of the following week.



Fast forward to Thursday of the following week. I call Kathy to make sure we're still good to go. Its as if she took a severe blow to the head. Said she had no appointment for me, no recollection of speaking to me, and no warranty work order. Then she said she would call the warranty company and get back to me. We hung up.



I called the warranty company, and within 3 minutes, had spoken to a rep and they had re-sent the order to Kathy. After I hung up, Kathy texted me and said she was still on hold with the warranty company and there was no way she was going to make the appt for the next day. A back-and-forth text session ensued. Her excuse was they had an "emergency".



So now I've been ELEVEN days with no AC and she isn't going to honor the appointment. STAY AWAY FROM THESE DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!
