Staff is unprofessional and there is near zero customer service. Paid extra for next day, and one item didn't arrive for three days. The collars of two of my shirts were pressed with prominent wrinkles and my items did not smell especially clean. Staff was having personal conversations that interrupted customers, and they are extremely slow. I waited more than 5 minutes both times I went there, waiting behind only 2 or 3 people. Would not recommend.
