Stopped in Alice last week at popeyes and girl with a tattoo on her forearm and some picture of a kid on her necklace was ringing us up. I had no idea they had barbque sauce so I asked for one for my order and she rolled her eyes and went back into the back and got one. We were walking out of the place and I noticed she had poked her finger through the top of the container of sauce and it was pouring out all over the floor and my hand haha!! Crazy. I took it back and I looked her in the face and said " You got me! The old finger in the sauce trick" She laughed embarrassed and went and got me another sauce. This is a 100% true story. If it hadn't happened to me I wouldn't believe it. We ate on the road and got back to Austin that evening. The next day I woke up and my stomach was upset as soon as I got out of bed. By lunch time I was violently throwing up until the next day. I can't help but think it was related to my horrible experience at Popeyes in Alice, Texas. Negative 5 stars..

this store never answer the phone service is always slow food usually is cold , be nice to eat there since i love popeyes but for some reason it doesnt happen .. this store need to step it up ..it makes the other stores look bad i am ashamed of this store due to fact that the service.... and would do better with the oilfield by catering them but no one again to answer phone

I have been to this establishment 5 times and 3 times my food was stale. White meat was dry, french fries are cold and soggy. Food is just not 100% good. Tonight I just gave the food to my dog. Called in for pizza. IT'S REDICULOUS!!!
