So as I'm driving home I noticed this little cafe, seemingly in the middle of nowhere, and I'm hungry so I decide to check it out. My first impression comes from the smell and sound of fresh ingredients cooking and lightly sizzling in the back kitchen, which is adequately visible from the entrance. I order the breakfast Huevos a la Mexicana con chorizo....AMAZING! No flavor dominated the other, it taste like a well orchestrated symphony - balanced, crisp, and right on time! I enjoyed thinking about every flavor propagating with each bite. Man, I love love love when I find food like this! All cooked to a lovers pallet. I'm done with my burrito, I'm not blotted or left hungry but my taste buds are still resighting the score like a hook of a popular song that you willingly got on loop! ... I gotta do it...Five....yes Five Stars baby. Try for yourself, the cook was real friendly, in buena honda!
