Provided by YP.comHorrable experience with Basis Koncept, Inc. The sales person, Douglas is a disaster to work with. It is all about him and absolutely no customer support. He just wants a sale and could care less. Do NOT buy from Basis Koncept! They have absolutely no customer service and Douglas controls it all. Stuck on himself and his own quick gain for a buck. Again, please do not waste your time and be utterly dissatisfied with their customer service yet aloone their POORLY made Chinese cabinets!! Even writing this, I feel nasty, yuck, shame on Basis Koncept, Inc

We owned the factory in China and control the quality by American Engineer team to ensure the quality meet highly standard, we create our own styles different than anyone in USA, we have 28 styles import directed by our own factory, more than any importers in the USA. We are whole-seller are not open to public. Our owner and manager sit next to our sales staffs and fluent in English, If you have complains why don’t you express right away, we don’t know what is your purpose to criticize company and fear to expose your name, In the past, there were our competitors using the bad languages to hurt our company, but no matter what our company is growing as the leading kitchen cabinets Company in California.
