Great product great price highly recommend

Stay away. They sell on eBay as Ink88. I bought $20 pack non-OEM ink cartridges specifically listed for my Canon Pixma MP560 printer, but they were not recognized by the printer.



The supplier ignored two messages sent over a week, despite promising a reply in 'one business day or less'. They finally responded when a claim was filed with eBay, saying they would refund my $20 only when I spent $6 returning their useless product.



Poor product and poor customer service. Good customer service would to have shipped replacement product that worked, and perhaps have enclosed a pre-paid lable for the return of the defective product.

Great product at an amazing price. Ordered online through eBay and received cartridges by mail quickly. I was skeptical that it would be comparable to other refilled cartridges, but my experience was that they lasted as long as original manufactured cartridges. Thanks - I look forward to my next order!

Stopped by to pick up some cartridges. great deal. in and out in less than 5 minutes but i saved over $50 versus retail
