Poorest customer service you can imagine! They stain your clothes and blame you! Just awful.

STAY AWAY! Very unprofessional people are working there. The lady who did alteration for me had no idea what sewing is. Her job was very messy all threads are out and stitches as curvy as they shouldn't be. What a shame to hire some one like this.

And her manager has no idea how to manage his business at all. When I showed him my outfit he smiled, blamed on fabric and never said sorry.

Before I left cleaners one of his worker (nice lady) offered to me to re-done the alteration I wasn't sure if I should try again. Then to my surprise her manager grabbed my outfit and threw it back to me. This guy is very rude and in this place the boss is right !

They don't care about quality of their work and customers. Very poor management.
