They were supposed to do simple alterations and clean my wedding dress. When I came back to try on the dress, it fit me worse than before and the dress was snagged from her putting safety pins in it!?! After getting the dress back to take somewhere else, we found that she used dark blue thread to sew it, she cut away the extra material, and even cut a hole in the lining. It was a simple alteration and she ruined it! We had to purchase a new dress! Also the dress wasn't even pressed properly... the least she could have done was give me my money back!
