Phil was referred to me by a friend of mine a few years ago and I couldnt be happier. Phil is by far the most knowledgeable and friendly tax/accountant/attorney, I have had the privilege to work with. Not only do I utilize his services but also some of my clients as well. Lastly and certainly not least is the fact that Phil works around his clients timeframe which literally means at odd hours of the night, try 10:30pm for example. Oh and icing on the cake is that Phil does 100% more (I run a business which involves various itemized deductions) than any other tax preparer/accountant has that Ive worked with but only charges a fraction of what I have been charged in the past. I can't imagine working with anyone else!

I paid Phil to do my 2007 taxes and the IRS did not have records, nor did the State of Illinois when I called them, and Phil did not return calls about this issue.
