Seriously overcharged for the part. Was told they were an authorized repair center and they are not. Compressor was replaced 9/2018 and it already died and the owner will not return calls. I have called over 5 times. I was charged $580 to replace the compressor then. I called LG today, they said that this company is NOT an authorized repair center and that my part is still under warranty and my total out of pocket will be $350.
Also, when the repair men came out in September of 2018, they were very rude and acted like they were put out being in my home and having to do the repair. Don't do business with this company, you have been warned.
