WARNING: Save yourself the agony and frustration. Take this place off your list. Don't get suckered in by the inexpensive rent, seemingly spacious apartments and "flexible" leasing.



The leasing office will tailor their sales pitch to your needs/wants. All questions will be answered with a yes. They say whatever you want to hear to in order to get you to sign a very vague lease, which allows them to regulate fees, change policies...etc. Electric bill constantly increases even when I cut back dramatically and leave for vacation. They will go to all odds to avoid conflict and NEVER provide support or assistance.



They are currently "renovating" in order to get new residents. This is merely a ploy, the biggest issues with the apartments are not cosmetic. The buildings' frames are shifting drastically, pipes are leaking and causing damage. Their renovation for these issues.... they paint over it. I'm not joking... they came into my apartment a few weeks after I moved in, just as I had gotten settled and moved all my furniture and painted my ceiling.



In order to retain me as a resident... they sent me a personal letter stating that they will make releasing quick and easy at competitive prices... they increased my rent, applied amenity, and parking fees. Needless to say, I will not be staying. I've found much better for the same price.

The management personnel were great during the "honeymoon" period, but once you cannot get out of your lease, you are out of luck.

Military members: Sure they are a member of the Set-Aside Program, but you would be better served chosing another place to live. I can't wait to PCS because I will be able to get out of my lease!!

Maintenance people have no attention to detail and NEVER show up at the time they are supposed to.

6 months after a fire downstairs and I am still fighting to have my walls painted correctly.
