Please do not use Luis Tailoring for your clothes.
I recently dropped off three shirts and a jacket for alteration last month (July 29th), with the knowledge that it would take some time to complete the project. Mr. Luis asked me to call him the following Friday to check on the status, and estimated that at least the shirts could be done by then. I left a message that Friday, the following Monday, and every few days after that while I was away traveling. I received no reply. Today, August 26th, I finally got the chance to revisit Mr. Luis in his shop. He said that the shirts and jacket were almost done, but he would appreciate it if I could return in a few hours to pick them up. Incensed, I asked for him to return my clothes to me, and he complied. The clothes were untouched, and had not been altered in any way. After his assistant removed the safety pins, I left without receiving an apology or excuse.
