This was the worst experience I've ever had renting a car.

1. I made the reservation without a card online, yet, I was told that my husband would be an extra cost, from 199. to 264 for a 5 day rental. I told them, yes, I made the reservation but he would be the only driver. The young girl at the desk said that she would have to cancel the entire reservation and charge a walk in fee. I told her that was uncalled for, that I held a car for rent and I wasn't a walk-in, and there wasn't anything on the website that suggested that there would be a higher charge for 2 drivers.

2. I told her to cancel the reservation and only put my husband as the only driver. I was not paying the extra 65 dollars. She said she NEVER did this before but would cancel the reservation in my name but I would have to wait for the manager to come to clear the cancellation. Yet, she changed it to his name and gave him the keys without a manager.

3. When we looked at the vehicle it had 1 ding and a scuff mark. My husband went back in to report this to the girl (she was the only one working that day), and she created a slip that showed the damage

4.Once in the car, it showed it was less than one half full. We opted to bring it back full. My husband went back in and reported it and the young lady said to bring it back half full. I told my husband to have her put it in writing but he was so exhausted from the trip he didn't push it. We'll see if they charge us for a full tank of gas when we return it.
