First day on the job and they ...

First day on the job and they already are not doing what they say. we will contact you before showing up to start the job Michael says. Well someone just showed up at my house to start work and guess what I know nothing about it!!! No contact no message nothing. Call to find out what happened and somehow its my fault. Michael says well my guy called you and nobody answered the phone.I say leave a message. They say voice mail didnt pick up. I say thats the first time ever that has happened. What ever you do go with another service. Michael puts on a great show with the sale but looks like its down hill after that!! Beware, Keller
