Provided by YP.comCherokee Lakes RV Park is the best kept secret in Central Arkansas for RV living located about 5 minutes (4.5 miles) south of I-30 and the Bass Pro Shop. I am an RV full timer who values a safe, peaceful living environment convenient to my business in West Little Rock. The park serves as my home and my wildlife refuge where my grand kids love to come to visit, fish, feed the deer and hike. This gated RV park is placed in a 170 acre wildlife and bird sanctuary features three small reservoirs and two waterfalls stocked with crappie, catfish, bream and bass where I can fish from my personal pontoon boat. Six orphaned juvenile deer rescued by the owners drop by my RV each morning and evening to get their snack of grapes and apple slices. The gated entrance to the park in addition to the owner living on the premises provides me with the peace of mind my RV and gear is secure when I am away on business. I find the owners and staff to be very helpful and friendly. Campers may fish, hike, bike, run and enjoy bird watching, deer and wildlife photography opportunities during their stay. There are 34 RV sites, 18 full hook up and 16 Electricity only sites. Globe park security street lighting provides ample light for a midnight stroll around the lake. The park is planted with fruit and nut trees, crepe myrtles, banana trees providing forage and seeds for the numerous species of songbirds, squirrels and wildlife easily seen in the refuge. There are two public restrooms with showers, RV waste water dump stations and fresh water hookups. The RV pad rent rates are $35 per night with large discounts for weekly and monthly stays.
